  • Hood test electrodes are made of sponge material which completely fills all voids inside and outside of the hood or cover

  • Units provide a full high voltage electrical test  to hoses/hoods (as required by OSHA)

  • Hose test electrodes include an inside mandrel made of aluminum tubing and a fully hinged stainless steel outer cover with a felt-lined interior

  • The v-shaped groove holders hold the hoods in an upright position while keeping outside covers closed tightly on the hose

  • Test units are available for dedicated hose and hood testing. Combination test units are also available to test sticks, hoses and hoods

Line Hose/Hood Testing Equipment

  • The units are available in front-loading or top-loading models

  • The rack and probes are both color coded by glove/sleeve class for easy set-up and testing

  • The high voltage test compartment contains mechanical grounding devices and safety interlock system with audible and visual warning signals covering all entries into the test cabinet for full operator safety and protection.

  • All cabinets are made with formed 12-gauge steel, coated with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. Cabinets are rust and corrosion resistant

  • Leakage reading with a single set point for all test positions

  • Leakage digital milliamp monitor during the entire duration of the test

  • Digital cycle timer

  • Control system has option for either manual or automatic cycle operation
