Hanco's glove, sleeve, and boot test units are designed fro the ultimate convenience, efficiency, and performance. The unit's versatility and reliability are unmatched!
Glove/Sleeve & Boot Testing
-
Units are equipped to test class 00 through class 4
-
Units are equipped to test sleeves using either the Hammock Method or the Straight Dip Di-Electric Fluid Method
-
Models offer a range of 1 to 28 test positions
-
All units are completely manufactured at the factory in Canton, Ohio U.S.A., and require only electrical, compressed air and tap water to place into service
-
The excess water discharge system uses a non-corrosive, self-priming drain pump with up to 15-gallons per minute flow rate. The drain hose can run to a floor drain in any desired location. No pump, valves or free-fall pipes are required
-
Double test units with a central control panel are available in a straight line formation or in a 90⁰ configuration with a corner control panel
-
Besides gloves and sleeves, our unit can test helmets, boots, hose, hoods, covers and jumpers with optional test fixtures
-
Portable pump/filtration systems are available for those using Di-Electric fluid for testing sleeves
-
The units are built with the best available material for your given application
-
An automated Direct Data Acquisition System is optionally available with software for accurately measuring and recording voltage, milliamp leakage, temp and humidity as required record keeping by OSHA
-
The gate, rack and high voltage oil transfer switch operate automatically as programmed by the factory with a pneumatic system self-lubricating and regulated
-
The rack and probes are both color coded by glove/sleeve class for easy set-up and testing
Standard Features
-
Automatic: water fill, digital fault detection, digital load sensing, digital leakage readout and power cycle
-
Standard 50KVAC power supply with optional 100KVDC power supply or a combination for both AC and DC testing
-
The high voltage test compartment contains mechanical grounding devices and safety interlock system with audible and visual warning signals covering all entries into the test cabinet for full operator safety and protection.
-
Microprocessor-controlled
-
All cabinets are made with formed 12-gauge steel, coated with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. Cabinets are rust and corrosion resistant
-
Leakage reading with a single set point for all test positions
-
Leakage digital milliamp monitor during the entire duration of the test
-
Voltmeters programmed to save peak voltage
-
Digital cycle timer
-
Control system has option for either manual or automatic cycle operation
-
Automatic ozone depletion and dispersal system with programmed delays to insure complete removal of ozone from the testing cabinet
-
PLC is self-diagnostic
-
Digital voltmeter indicator
-
Insufficient air pressure warning indication
-
Standard input voltage is 240V single phase with other inputs optional (specify when ordering)
-
Standard A.B. Panelview control system with full color display
Ejection Style Glove Tester
Here is a video of our Ejection Style Glove Tester. This quick video shows that after a fault in any glove is detected, the machine tells you which glove is flawed, and then "ejects" the probe from that particular glove.
Immediately following the failure, the machine automatically starts ramping up voltage to test the rest of the gloves on that rack.
